MyTaxBuddy was founded in 2018 by a team of experienced Chartered Accountants and tax professionals in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. We identified a massive gap — millions of small businesses across India were struggling to manage basic tax compliance due to lack of affordable, local expert support.

The Beginning — C&A Associates Founded
Started as a small CA and tax consultancy firm in Bhopal with a team of 4 professionals. Focus was on GST registration and ITR filing for local businesses in Madhya Pradesh.
Company Registration & Compliance Added
Expanded service portfolio to include company registration, trademark filing and labour law compliance. Client base grew to 500+ in Bhopal and Indore regions.
Went Fully Digital — Remote Services Launched
Transitioned to a fully digital service model during COVID-19. Built internal software systems for document collection, client management and portal filing — enabling pan-India client servicing remotely.
MyTaxBuddy Franchise Model Launched
Launched the franchise model under the MyTaxBuddy brand with the first 10 franchise partners in MP. Developed complete training curriculum, operations manual and partner support systems.
50+ Branches Across 5 States
Grew to 50+ franchise branches across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, UP and Maharashtra. Crossed 5,000 total clients served and launched the partner income sharing model.
